Sweepstake Official Rules

The sweepstakes are open to legal residents of Ghana. Users below the age of 18 will require approval from a guardian in order to collect certain rewards.

Google and Apple Disclaimer: Google LLC and Apple Inc. are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, these sweepstakes in any way. They do not endorse or administer them.

No Financial Risk: Participation is free. No money or purchase is required to enter or win. An Ask A Day will never ask for money or financial information.

Question Points (QPs): Earned by answering daily “featured questions.” 28 Question Points are required to enter the Monthly Major Sweepstakes.

Side Points (SPs): Earned by answering “side questions.” Required to enter Popup Sweepstakes (varies per event).

Users can only enter one Major Sweepstakes per month and one Popup Sweepstakes per event.

A. Monthly Major Sweepstakes: Entry Requirement: 28 Question Points. One major winner selected monthly. Prize could be cash, paid experiences, data bundles.

B. Popup Sweepstakes: Entry Requirement: Side Points (varies per event). Frequency: Spontaneous; announced in-app. Selection: Conducted live on An Ask A Day’s YouTube channel. A link to the livestream will be provided in-app. Prizes: Multiple winners per event (e.g., smaller cash prizes, vouchers).

Winners will be notified via the app and/or email within 24 hours of the sweepstakes drawing. Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless stated otherwise).

Participants may be disqualified and forfeit prizes for: Violating these rules or attempting to manipulate the sweepstakes. Using multiple accounts, bots, or fraudulent methods to earn points. Tampering with the app or engaging in abusive behaviour.

All sweepstakes drawings are conducted live on YouTube to ensure fairness. Archived recordings of drawings will be available on the YouTube channel for 30 days.

An Ask A Day is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or unauthorized human intervention. Winners assume all liability for use of prizes.

By participating, users agree to these rules and consent to the use of their username for promotional purposes. Alternatively, users can opt-out of usernames being used for promotional purposes.
