Delete your An Ask A Day account

You can delete your account yourself in the app at any time. It takes effect straight away and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open An Ask A Day and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap the delete button.

Can’t get into the app?

Email support@anaskaday.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• –Your profile, email address and phone number
• –All your QPs and SPs
• –Your answers and sweepstake tickets
• –Your orders, reviews and cart
• –Your notifications and push notification tokens

What we keep

If you won a sweepstake, the record of that prize and its payout is kept so payouts can be audited, but your name is removed and it shows as “Anonymous”.

Before you delete

You can’t delete your account while an order is still on its way or a prize you won hasn’t been paid yet. Wait until it’s delivered or paid, then try again.
