Questions? We have answers
Is it really free?+
Yes. You never pay to play, enter a sweepstake or redeem a reward. An Ask A Day will never ask you for money or financial information.
What are QPs and SPs?+
QPs (Question Points) come from the daily featured question and are used for the monthly major sweepstake. They reset on the 1st of each month, so you can convert leftovers into SPs (1 QP = 3 SPs). SPs (Side Points) come from side questions, never expire, and are spent on popup sweepstakes and the reward shop.
How are winners picked?+
Every draw is random and streamed live on our YouTube channel. Winners hear from us in the app and by email within 24 hours.
Who can play?+
Anyone living in Ghana. Players under 18 need a guardian’s approval to collect some rewards.
I used the old An Ask A Day app. How do I sign in?+
Your account and points have moved to the new app. Sign in with Google using the same email address, or tap Forgot password to get a code by email and set a new password. Then finish your profile to start answering.
How do I delete my account?+
In the app, go to Profile, then Delete account. You can also read how deletion works.
